i want to invest some money in DHA for 7-8 years.what is best DHAI phase2 ext or DHA 9-10 for 7 to 8 years investment.

In my opinion DHA Lahore phase 9-10 is much better choice. It will give you greater return due to great location. Keep in mind DHA Lahore phase 9-10 is in surrounded by fully developed area on three sides and two of these three sides are heavily populated. On one side you have people living in DHA Lahore phase 4 /5 + (Sui Gas 1, State life phase 1 etc too). On Ferozpur road side you have very dense population till the point DHA Lahore phase 9-10 ends. On Bedaian road side you have developed DHA 6. On last side you have Country homes and Eden lands project under development. So its surrounded by developed or under developed areas. People that saying it wont get developed or populated for next 7 or 10 years area totally wrong. Just wait for ring road to get developed along DHA Lahore phase 9-10 and it will get balloted and development work will start. Ring road work along DHA Lahore phase 9-10 is about to start in ONE MONTH. People have been given notices two months to move about a month ago. Many people have started demolition their houses already for making room for ring road. As soon as work start on Ring road Lahore DHA will be able to make town planing for DHA 5 extension and DHA 9-10 and start development work on them soon after that.

Their is great shortage on Land in Lahore. Their are more investors and dealers in Lahore. Their is lot more population industry etc in Lahore.

In DHAI phase 2 ext area you don't have many people living around it. You don't have any industry educational institutions to get job close to it. You have miles and miles of cheap land that any one can buy 400 kanal land and launch their personal housing scheme. DHAI and Bahria town are throwing thousands of new plots in market every two three months. So with extra supply of cheap land thousands of low priced plots on installment by Bahria town and and DHAI will never let the price rise as fast it could rise in DHA Lahore phase 9-10.

Dear CMY it has very long connection with Hadyara Drain. Is this a negative impact for DHA 9-10.

DHA Lahore Phase 9-10 ends half kilometer before Hudaira drain.
