Yes but on other hand one can easily find one Kanal house in Faisal Town in same price but in W Junction.

umer's price is v.realistic, the actual price of this house is 2 crore 20 lac but due to recession he is selling it for 1 crore 10 lac only .. and still you are complaining.. ??? you must be ashamed of your self...
Umer i think you should increase the price of this house to 2 crore again and then people will understand what offer they have lost ...
