Visit To DHA phase 6 /7,

Yesterday i happened to go to phase 6 and 7 in dha. So just wanted to share whats happening over there.Phase 6 is being rapidly populated Dha security guards are now present in A block and it looks much more liveable place......houses in golf course are rapidly getting completed and hopefully will be ready by end of this year .... golf course itself is getting greener day by day.......i was surprised to see that S block R block and few o ther blocks of phase 7 have even all the street lights/poles installed blocks Q R S U T will be completed by end of this year or early(dha can give possesion in these blocks even in one month if they want to)..... However pace of work is slow in these phases it seems DHA is in no hurrry to complete it .Thats shame. Another imp point is that DHA is not taking the areas which come inside phase 6/7 pockets of areas which are shown as part of DHA are not under DHA possession and are being walled off......example of such areas is big area in heart of G and also L blcok and other places as well ...............
similarly V and W block phase7 have big village covering all of it and there are no signs of it getting vaccated any time soon...........
in short i think that the cleared areas of dha 6/7 or parkwiew (phase8)which have plots on ground are currently at a price very good for making house or investment but only areas which can be visited ..........DOnot go for files DHA phase 8 is not even announced what to talk of its complition and litigation problems which DHA will have to face .DHA phase 6 was started back in 2002 and still not completed or under full DHA possession.... what to talk of areas of dha 8 9 and 10..... so avoid investing in something which is not on ground......A bird in hand is better that two in sky :)
