Can you please post the current B-17 prices for 10, 12 marla and 1 kanal?

Currently the price of a Kanal is between 16-25 lacs, depending on the block. 12 marla is between 15-18 lacs and 10 marla is between 9 and 15 lacs.

They say that possession is available however I think the society is being creative here, I guess it depends on where exactly your plot is located and you may just get lucky. They still have a lot of work to do and the society seems to be short of funds. I visited the area about a month ago and it seems same as I last saw it 18 months ago. Not much seems to have been done, and the vast majority of plot holders will not be able to get possession unless the society pulls its socks up.

one of a property dealer in f-10 told me that current value of my 600 sq yard plot on main double road is between 25 to 27 lac. However, i bought it last year in 17 lac. This is much surprising for me and i feel lucky.

Did you buy it for 17 lacs with all development charges cleared? I don't think there has been any increase in prices since last year if you include development charges.
