Does anyon know the breakdown of 1 kanal and 10 marla parkview files. I am trying to ascertain if there is enough land in parkview area to be alloted against files as claimed by DHA?
Another point to ponder, if there is very little active trade in parkview files as claimed by DHA why is it losing value so quickly? Isn't it demand and supply based?
I am sure, its the investor's ploy to get as many files and then jack up the rates. DHA has become lik ethe stock market, few people controlling the market and they play their games with the help of dealers. The Govt should also look into it.

There are different figures as for how many file are out there. I believe land accross berki road also belong to Parkview, even before parkview was merged into DHA. I believe files for accross berki road were named Pakrview Extension. That was prior to Parkview merged into DHA. CMY might be able to give some accurate info on this.
As for enough land, DHA has more than enough land. If not in parkview, then DHA has plenty of land from DHA-8 Proper that is adjacent to Parkview, as DHA issue only one kanal file for every 4 kanal it acquires in DHA-8 proper.
As for number of files in parkviw, I have heard number any where from 500-2000. CMY sahib may have some accurate info on this as well. |
