Nothing is really moving on on either one of them...so therefore write in your advise keep, sell or reinvest

My advice is sell and reinvest in block R of dha lahore phase 7.

This is best time to Catch phase 7 in 9,10 Price. 9,10 will have minimum 12 to 15 Lac Development charges. Just adding 2 Lac you can get in Q,T or U Block. When DHA 9,10 will be Balloted [ In my estimate in 3,4 years] phase 7 will have some start of population. And when it will be handed over Like in another 4,5 years Phase 7 will be densely populated. In other words DHA 9,10 will remain 10 years Back than Phase 7.

If you are asking for residential purpose and you are short of time then dha Lahore phase 7 lover and Mr Jameel suggestion is good

and for investment objective keep 9 & 10 file.

No hurries to build a house at this point in time, the plan being maybe 5 to 10 years down the lane if needed sell one and make a house on the other Insha-Allah.
