Two REITS were issued licenses about 1 year ago but don't know their fate. Since I have been interested to participate in it but after some work out I found it not feasible in present conditions due to high interest rates and the investment/return ration. However, it is good for developing new areas.
I expect some healthy discussion on it, specially comments from Naveed Yaseen. |
