The ballot estimates of 2012 or 2015 are a bit premature for Phase 9/10. However 2020, seems to be a safe bit and by that time, even if the development charges are as high as 4 million, still it won't be a bad deal after adjusting the inflation prevailing at that time. The upside of Phase 9/10 is its extremely good location compared to all the other DHA Phases and downside being the decade long waiting period for a nation, who has built up a rather strange habit of being rich overnight!!! |
