Dear Zia Noor, AOA. thanks for your concern. dear, we never quote higher prices than market. we are working from 1992 in Real Estate Business. we Quote price that our clients demand and market allows us. If we offer higher prices then its very tough to remain in market. Any how its your right to say. What price do you offer if you are a Client? thanks
