dont pay attention to rumours,that it will go on the other side of barki road-investors r cooking stories to creat panic among file holders and buy the same at cheap rates,
refrence to converstaion with a high level dha lahore officer ,parkview files will be deemed as a part of dha8 and it will never go across barki road.

CMY Your statement about park view is 100% correct, But i am cofused does DHa already ahve land in possession across Barki Road? I am afraid if they dont have Land then it is almost impossible to acquire land these days as market is so dull and file rates are so low. |

Jameel Sb, How could they not have land? If not in Parkview, they must have excess land in DHA-8 proposer, as DHA acquires 4 kanal of land for one kanal file they issue. After all it is all DHA now, is not it? |

Khan sahib, unfortunately it is not that simple, that 100 files means 400 Kanal land. when DHA 7 ballot was done 75% of plots were vs the existing files, it means DHA issues lot more files than should be done Keeping in ratio 1/4 to land owners. There had been serious irregularities in past regarding issuing files. |

Jameel bhai - DHA-7 was a unique case. DHA issued files to civillions (lottery) and close to 1600 files were issued to serving and retired military officer. DHA issued all these excess files because DHA had all these excess files. In my openion DHA will cover short fall from Parkview in DHA-8 proper and then if there are any excess files DHA will offer to civillian and military officers. |
