SINCERE ADVISE ABOUT DHA VALLEY.,

I need sincere advise about DHA Valley that what we have to do ? Whether we have to submitt the installments or we should sale our plots in loss ?

Only fool will sell at this time, you invested as long investment point of view 5-6 years. Best thing you paying in instalments. If the plot is that bad then why the "wise people" buying at loss of 45000 If they know that this is bad investment, are they going to have more loss.

Current price is +20,000.

If you wana sell less 45000 let me know I will buy next day.

I agree with above post, only ALLAH knows the future no doubt, we can use best judgement, surely its a long term, keep the fait and keep the files.. i have two plots and hoilding on to these and beeen paying my installments on time.

Dear Rashid, why don't you go to that area and visit yourself and see, what is feasibility of living there and how can that area be developed. Why you are getting support from emotional people.
I am sure more you pay more you will lose just like Bahria 9,10 files.

I agree with Jameel Shaib "More you pay More you Loose".

Aghai sahib, you were the biggest fan since launch of this scheme, now I am surprised to see that your mind is going to accept slowly now that DHA Vally in today's time is not a good investment. It would be better you sell it and reduce you loss and buy a DHAI-2 extention. I think the price after 3 years would be 50-60% of the paid amount.
