i have been offered a plot in naval anchorage sector E for 25 lakh...i want to kept it for 5 years..is it good to buy OR should i buy 2 files of DHA-2 ext and keep it for 5 years

Urgent advice from all worthy members is needed including DEAR- CMY sahib

Please also elaborate your definition of what you consider worth and non-worthy.

My sincere advise is to refrain from using words like above if you are asking for a favor from someone and use some better words, like knowledgeable members etc.

If u have cash 25 lekh in hand then DHA-II Ext Files are not suitable; DHA will demand development charges in near future; amount not yet confirm but in Islamabad experts assumption is that these will be around 13 to 15 lekh.
For investment point of view and location Comners Town Ext now DHA-II Ext B,C,D,E Blocks Plots are better than Naval Anch.
