10 Million for a filling station. CNG stations must be making good money. What are the projected annual profits? What is the gross margin? What does initial NOC mean? Do you need a further NOC? |

Do you know Kashif Rasheed Ch? Coz one of my friend named Kashif told me that this partially constructed CNG station belong to his friend and he is willing to sale that one. I am intrested in getting a CNG. Is That a same one opposite to a filling station on GT Road near Iris Gas Station? My friend told me that owner'll help in getting required CNG connection related things like NOC's etc. If thats the same one then i was being told that the area was 1 acre and requirement was 12.5 million(negotiable). |
