I am an overseas and plan to come back to Pakistan after 3 years. I dont have a house of my own but do have a 10 marla plot in Bahria Town.I want to construct a house and have the required money (around 30 lacs).Please advise whether i should construct it right now and put it on rent OR i should construct it just before i plan to return.
What would you do if you come across such a situation.

Dear Hasan,
If the mentioned amount you have in Pak Rupees start construction as soon as possible or if it is in shape of foreign currency you can delay but either case I would say start construction with the money you have. |

Any think can happen in three years you may change your mind to live in other area in same vicinity and a person should have two or three option. My suggestion is to keep your money in foreign currency and hope for better. |
