AOA all the contributors,
I just wanted some advice from you guys, where should one build a house in 6 months time?
Budget to buy the plot is about Rs.40 lacs. My goals are to be somewhere relatively close to the centre of Lahore, in a safe locality with good facilities (like underground wiring, good roads, and good maintenace). So far DHA Park View rear blocks, and Bahria Sector C are close contenders.

u may built the house in six months time in DHA 6, Park view etc but from security point of view and people living in these areas, these can be living areas after 4-5 years |

Thanks for coming up with best possiblities. Air Avenue is not cheap. Wapda, Valencia, and NFC may be more populated but they don't have all the utilities underground, do they?
Seems like there is less crime in Cantt and DHA areas than rest of Lahore, is it true? |
