Dear Brothers
Assalam-O-Alaikum
I am living here in London and trying to contact bahria town customer service center via email and phone but i couldn't get any response.
I would be really greatful if some one could give me some information.
Actually i have 3 open, expired files of bahria town phase9 (three installments paid for each file), one file cost me around 4.5lac including three paid installments.
Is it worthwile to hold these files? Is there any developemnent work going on in phase9? or should i merge all these files to make one file, if yes, then what is the procedure and how much would it cost me.

I think you need to hold Phase 9 for 10 years before you get possession or are able to build. I think you may be able to convert your Phase 9 plots to Phase 8, which would be a better option, as it may see construction activity perhaps by next year. |

Phase-9 eik badnuma daagh hai Malik Riaz k chehray par jo kabhi nahi dhul sakta. Dhokay aur Bemaani ki inteha kar di is shakhs nein. Is Phase mein is nein sirf ghareeb logon ko loota jo mamooli tankhadar thay. Laanat hai esi daulat par. |
