Dear Muslim Khan, thanks for interest, having a good day today. dear, in DHA vally prices are as below:

4M Commerical: Downpayment 1,20,000Rs. Processing Fee:3,000Rs. 14 Installments equal: 1,35,000Rs. Membership Fee: 27,000Rs.

8M Residential: Paid Ammount inculded: Downpayment: 63,000 Rs. 3 instllments equal: 69,000Rs. Membership Fee: 27,000Rs. so total is 2,97,000Rs. remember 4 installment is due on 28th Aug, 2009.
