I want to ask u sir that what are the current prevailing rate of good constructed house of 1 kanal house in Dha phase 5 in general and especially in blocks E & F.
Also let me know if u have some houses availabe with u.

In connection to Current question what are all transfer charges including tax CVT, Cantonment Board etc in Phase 1, one Kanal house just assume 4500 Covered area, Some one was telling that will be about 5,6 Lac is it correct |
