"No. NFC-ECHS/ 4 July 2009 Subject: PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEVELOPMENT CHARGES Dear Sir/Madam The Management of NFC-ECHS is pleased to inform that the development work in Phase-II has commenced and is fastly progressing. The work on 150feet Wide Main Boulevard Commercial Area, Over Head Water Tank in “B” Block and Main Gate at Multan Road is also in progress and is likely to be complete within 6 to 8 weeks. Preliminary planning for construction of Bridge on Lahore Kanal and on 80feet /100feet roads has been completed and tenders are likely to be floated within next few weeks.
You would appreciate that the development works can only be done with the cooperation of members, who, by making prompt payment of due installments of development charges can assist in accelerating
the pace of development works. You are therefore requested that all outstanding installments of development charges may kindly be paid on or before 31st July, 2009 positively.
In case of non payment within due date, the Management shall be constrained to levy additional charges under the provisions of Bye-Laws of the society. Your cooperation in this regard would be highly appreciated. Thanking You, Yours Sincerely, MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE Secretary"

Jameel, I happend to say that on their website today. I had not visted their website for quite sometime. I also own saveral plots for which I have not paid some of developments charges.
I did not get any notice etc from society in this regard. If you do find out fine for non payment, please also share with us on this website.
I don't believe NFC would charge any late payments at this point, as society never issued any written notice to the members, at least I never received any. I don't think they will charge late fee just becasue they put this notice on their website, as not all memebers visit their website. |
