"I also think DHA Valley may not fall much further any more because some development work is now on going there now. I have clients that are developing DHA valley. They say progress will be seen on ground in few months. I will not be a NEW BUYER in it but If I got trapped into it I would hold sales of my DHA Valley files for a little better prices from this point"
