Yes Friend is right it needs minimum 6 years to solve its litigation. And when these issues will be solved you will see a new Map like Johar Town, with lots of Encroachments and Private Lands in the Scheme and about 30% plots will be wiped off.
I had a plot in this scheme which I sold at loss as the area of Plot was not is possession of LDA. When I went to ask LDA office they Told as per their Record this Plot is Litigation free, when I went to friend who is working on site in FWO ,He told me that this plot is clear as per Computer of LDA which was updated 4 years ago, They did not bother to update many litigation areas. When they will Update the record you will see whole lot more litigation plots.
Best thing is Goto The Block where your plot is located usually FWO surveyor are very helpful they will show you site. If You find the road is made then you assume your Plot is Clear. Then don't sell it and keep it it will give you good return, otherwise useless to hold it. |
