thank you for the note, I think due to their timely development and with this balotting news the prices will go up, i have also heard about people selling these at profits, infact in latest case one person sold 4 plots with 3 installment paid at 100 lack profit for each plot.

Ifr..the case u r quoting may be a one off case. there is no such increase in prices of the files of DHA valley, as far as my contacts in Pakistan say

This is very good news indeed. In my observation, we will be out of loss within short period of time.
To make a profit from this investment, in my opinion, we have to wait for couple of years.

Posting any picture showing some earth moving machinary working does not mean anything. DHA has exhausted all the funds for the development of DHA Ph 2 Ext, therefore they need the money for that project.

No body knows where these DHA valley is located then how can we certainly say that these machines are working over there

Please be careful, DHA has now become Bahriah Town. Lot of talk and less work

Please ask some of your relative living in Pakistan to visit the site before confirming

One of my friend whome i talked few days back, indicated the location is very good, near attock refinery or something? we all have to realstic about progress in Pakistan, see DHA lahore phases how many year its been???

comparing to that they are doing balotting after 1 year to me is excellent according to pace in our country or am i missing something

I have notice that all of my brothers are very aggrisive espacially for DHA Valley Islamabad.

When CDA ballot the plots for I-15, I-16, E-12, I-11,G-12, G-13, G-14 etc...

When CDA will deliver?

No body comment why?

Only DHA and bahria is very bad why?

please be realstic and wait untill the installment.

DHA Valley investor will be not losser.

Now 8 marla plost price is 10 Lakh after installament completion they price will be 20 lakh minimum.
