can u please let me know that how much fund needed for buying 5 marla brand new or 4, 5 year old jn G11 or I-10.

in G-11 sector, there are too many different sizes of houses.
20x40
25x40
25x50 (5 marla exact)
30x60
keep in mind that mostly 30x60 size houses (double story) are over 1 crore to 1.35 crore rupee
good location of g-11, 5 marla is g-11/1 near markaz and g-11/2.
5 marla is under 1 crore mostly 5 to 8 year old in g-11.
in i-10 mostly 5 marla 5 year old are under 75 lac. some locations are very bad due to price is low for a same size house. |

I think better is to buy a plot size 35x65 sq ft in E-11 sector,present market price is 80-85 lacs and then spend 45-50 lacs of rupees on its construction. |

Any new sector of islamabad would be better choice of investment. In near future pakistan economy to take a positive turn. |
