Dear CMY,
My plot # is 349-U, phase 7. I understand that the price for it is really down the drain. Do you suggest holding it? But the important question is that for how long??? Apparently the real estate is heading towards further depression. Could you please update me regarding its current price and whether it is advisable to sell it now or would holding it for another 6 months would make a difference.
