Tariq Gardens Lahore is a new development in the area and have all the facilities for living. Although it is a small society and residents can easily enjoy the facilities of the adjacent societies like Wapda Town and Valancia Town.
But I will recommend Valancia Town as compare to Wapda Town and Tariq Gardens. Valancia Town Main Access will be open soon, which was pending from last many years. Valancia Town did not has direct access from main road, the only direct access of Valancia Town was from Defence Road.
Residents of Valancia Town were using Wadpda Town access and other Societies like NFC Phase 1 access for Valancia Town. 150 wide road is now under development which will give direct access to Valancia Town and also Tariq Gardens. This will also give access to Wapda Town K3 and K2 Blocks. It will be the last road which not developed yet and was part of LDA Structure Plan of the area and was pending from many years.
This road is starting from Expo Center Lahore going through the Sunny Park and back side of Architect then entering into the Wapda Town Phase II and Punjab University Society crossing the Khayaban-e-Jinnah Road and will enter into the Valancia Town then Naz Town and IEP Town and will be link with Defence Road. |
