How long DHA 8 (Parview) Allocation files will take to get balloted? and how much will be the development charges?

dear
authentic report is ballotting of parkview files will be in december 2009 and all the file will be accomodated in the contigous land.it will not go across barki road.
barki road is getting converted to ring road part.
