Investment in reasestate of Middle East market,

I am thinking of moving from UK to Middle east and hopefully invest in its real estate market.

I need advice on following subjects:-

1. Which is the best market (country of middle east) which would give me resident and work permit as well.

2. How much I need to invest to get residence permit?

3. Any other sector to invest?

4. Do I need any business partner to start property business?
