Brothers CMY and others who have some knowledge, I need your help please spare some time for me as I am in abroad and my in-laws taking care of this deal.
I am going to buy a house in Township Lahore, This plot is of "Bewaa Quota" and seller is saying that it is now transferable as the limit to not to transfer up to 20 years is over, other thing that she has made this house by the finance from “House Builing Fnance” Please let me know which document of clearance should I need from the seller.
