Dear All,
Please advise if its wise to buy a 1 Kanal Plot in State Life phase 2 where the price of 1 Kanal starts from 8.50 lacs. While DHA 9-10 file is 14 lac plus. Is it better option than DHA 9-10.

Obviously its wise to buy state life 2 on this level. its almost confirm that it will be merged in DHA 9/10 in future. This is the main reason of delay in Map approval or development that there are negotiations are going on between state life and DHA official to merge it.
Even if state life 2 will not merge its in the middle of DHA 9/10 and will be developed before it. |

Yes but they can request members to give some keeping in view inflation now and in case of merger with DHA all rules of DHA will be applicable. |

I think its not a loss biz. In 1:2 case still still 8.50 is not bad for 10 merla in DHA. on other side if it not merge (But it will be due to its location), then 1 Kanal in same. Its win win all the way ? |

Is ballot already done for State life phase 2 or these are still files like DHA phase 9/10. Can some one please provide more detail on this? |

ballot done with out any approved plan from LDA . still no development on site |
