Dear members, I want to buy a plot in Islamabad area to be able for construction with in a year and half.

depends upon your budget.

D-12 or E-11/3

E-11 is ready for construction today. D-12 should be ready by then and is the first and brand new proper sector in Islamabad. Today E-11 is better since it is ready, however in the future D-12 is projected to compete with E/F 6&7 series.

I you have low budget then consider D17 or B17 B block. Not sure but my guess is prices for 500sqy are around 25 to 30 lacs. About 50 to 60 homes are already constructed in D17 Margilla View and people are living there. E17 is cheap and goog if you want to construct your home in 1 1/2 year time frame.

I am not so familiar with Islambad, so my biggest concern is basic facilities like school, market, etc. In this regard which sctor will be good? I prefer D-12 and E-17. But not sure the exact price. If you or someone else know the price and if have more information,will appriciate it. Instalment will be best for me.

I hv 2 plots in E sector of B17...I dnt knw whether my investment will b fruitful or not bcz A nB sectors are yet to b seen...both plots r of 12 marlas...plz guide.
