dear all
i went to dhai office to get my file registered, after ballot in 2005 i i was alloted plot in block C of phase II-extn. but to my surprise dhai people said my plot is now in overseas block village-1. and they said i have to pay 16000 US$ if i want to get registered now.
can anybody tell me what is going on here???? is it good to have plot in overseas block???? currently there is no deadline to get registered. i remember there was map of overseas block on dhai web site but it is not there anymore.
what should i do now?

If you are mentioning about 8 marla in DHA Valley overseas (scheme launched last year in 2008), the total instalments to be paid are USD 12900.00 but it cannot be part of 2005 ballot. If you got a part in overseas block for one kanal, the rate for that is USD80000.00 or even more.
I cannot understand how they can ask for USD16000.00 and what kind of scheme are you mentioning about. Are they charging you the late fees and back dating it to 2005 and adding it on to current USD12900.00 for 8 marla (this scheme of DHA overseas valley ) was not even there in 2005. Bit confused. dahi is saying the plot is in 'overseas sector' which was meant for overseas people and during launch 1-kanal was for USD85000. no one in dhai office knows or they dont want to tell what game they r playing.it is confusing.....
a property dealer was saying that these 16000 USD are development charges for 'overseas sector'..
...anyhow still trying to figure out. |
