I want to buy a plot in phase 7 DHA lahore. Can you please guide me what can be the minimum price range and the total cost of transfer and when can I build my house there???
By the way my budget is around 25 lacs.

All low priced plots in DHA 7 are now gone. Any one telling you cna get a plot in DHA 7 under 28 lacs is just going to waist your time. Lowest priced plots we have now are these
Q 867 @ 28 lacs. Z 701 @ 28 lacs. Z 223 @ 28.50. U 542 @ 29 lacs. U 237 @ 28, Q 257 @ 31.
