According to CMY the merger fees is 150k for 10 marla and 300k for 1 kanal. Its too high. What is the current market rate of 10 marla and 1 kanal anyway? Can anyone quote correct CURRENT price? We must know it at least for Zakat payment purposes. Grateful CMY's opinion.
