A very good project.possetion of few villas is already given.phase 2 is no where else but an effort to sell the remaing villas of phase 1 since they could not sell almost 350 villas out the total of 850.The price now is 99 lacs to be paid in 22 moths against a possetion promise of 6 months.There is no reason they should not be able to meet the target because the structure of all the villas is almost complete.I want to sell my villa i booked in april 2008 for ninty lacs on cost base.My villa is at best location with three sides open at top of hill with extra land.any body intresred can contact me on
