I am living here in UK and trying to contact bahria town, i have email them many times at but i am unable to get their response, i would be really greatful if any brother please answer my following questions.
I have three files of Phase9 (10 marla), each file is three installments paid and each file is open/expired file and these files are not on my name.
Now i want to merge these files to retain only one file. i would be really greatful if you please answer my following questions;
- As per the status of my files, the sum of Rs= 298055/ is deposited against each file.
Q) what is the total cost of phase9 10marla plot? as i remember when phase9 was lunched the total cost of 10marla plot was nearly 899000/ for civilians including developement charges.
Q) Please explain me how much total amount of (3-installments paid merger 10marla) file will be added up to retain file?
Q) What will be the total deduction against each file(3-installments paid)?
Q) What will be the total cost of merging files in to one retained file?
Q) What is the complete process and requirement for merger files?
AND
Q) What is the refund policy? if i want to refund one of my 10marla (3-installments paid file/open file) and this file is not on my name?
