That is true.Cenrtal park has been merged into DHA Eme.It would be called DHA EME Sector phase 2.
i)Crrently, there are 50-60 house in different stages of construction.in another 6-8 months they would be around 120-150.
ii) 6-8 mpnths development would reach the next 2 blocks d and f.Hence, ideal of investment at this stage.
iii)Food street, mosque,new office, cash and carry.150 feet road linking government road.central park inaguhgration of 400 kanals.hostel for 1000 residents.are all in the development stage and work can be physcially examined.
iv) Underground wiring, water,gas and electrcitity available.The minimum road size is 40 feet and society has a boundry wall with 2 main entrences to ferozpure road and one Link road to government road connecting to kahna and in future to lda avenue 3.
Now, the minuses: it seems far off compared to other societies on ferozpure road.around 25 minutes drive from kalma chowk.
No school available in the society premises as yet.
Suggestion: If one wants to build a house of 1 or 2 kanal and can afford to live a little outside then its ideal.As with the same money u get 10 marla in anytoehr society, u can get 1 kanal here by enjoying the same living standard.
From living standard wise its at par with any good society and a must watch.
