Advice Needed - Registration Procedure,

Dear Friends and Moderator,

I will appreciate if some one could guide me.
Currently I m living in Malaysia, I am here for the last eighteen years, during this time mostly I worked in the building department. Now we plan to go back to our homeland (Lahore) Pakistan. Since I have got very vast experience of civil works and its maintenance, therefore I wish to do the same in Pakistan. I will be highly grateful if you could guide me (specifically on the following points)

1:- Name and contact details of the government department based in Lahore
2:- Registration procedure
3:- Registration requirements

Please let me know if you need additional information, but I think I have covered everything
