Plot for sale DHAI Valley,

Salam Sir,
I have 8 Marla plot in DHA Valley Islamabad. I have paid 3 Installment + downpayment + Registration Fee. I want an advice should I hold the plot and pay 4th installment so I can save my lose some one said that prices will be stable after plot allotment or Should I sale my plot. I don't want to go with DHAI Valley anymore due to there poor correspondance with members because I camplained them so many times that I didn't get any notification from them please update my status but they didn't do that and lastday one of my friend told me that 24 Aug will be the last day for 4th Instalment what the hell.

I would suggest not to sell it. Yes there corespondance is very poor, I can tell from your post.

bro, on this forum, so many times this question has been asked. I even cannot count it. You are in Pakistan go visit there and see the ground realities.
Yes if you dont pay your fourth installment on Aug 24th then your name will not be included in the balloting. I believe you can pay your installment in Askari bank.

Brother it is a safe investment and keep paying the installments unless you are needy to get the money back. If you want to sell the plot you will be losing about 40-50 thousand out of the paid amount, hence, plz keep it n keep paying the installments regularly.

Can any one tell me that what was the amount in US $ of first, second and third installment because i never payed any installment after initial payments. After paying i can particiapate in coming ballotting.

i have purchased an open file of dha valley from market. i wanty to know that how the balloting would be announced? with reference to registration numbers?

So for everything is going with registration number. For update to information, please visiting the DHAI valley website. They are updating the website on weekly basis.

This is indeed good news. The last deposit date has been extended to Aug 28.
FYI: DHA Valley = 4 Installments
DHA Valley Overseas = 3 Installments.

You have to pay above mentioned installments otherwise your name will be excluded from balloting.
