Here is the ad for Awami Villas Lahore balloting on September 2nd. As per Bahria customer service representative, in contrast to Awami Villas Rawalpindi, they are balloting all the villas (~1000 in number) at one time.

Thanks God after 3 years we will have "a" Awami Villa number. This is a new trick that will help get some installments paid.

Where are these Awami Villas located?

Bahria Orchard barley have 1000 kanal one ground. Bahria town cant adjust 65% of sector C plots + 50% of overseas enclave plots + 100% of Awami villas there and still keep booking new Bahria orchard plots + Bahria Orchard villas + Bahria Orchard commercial plots on same about 1000 kanal lands.


When atctual development work will start on these so called AWAMI VILLAS?

Not sure about area of Bahria Orchards but around 1000 Awami Villas will be ready for possession by mid of next year according to Bahria Town and they say the ground work is almost done: sewrage, pipelines and roads etc. As this project has already taken a long time, I am hoping that we will start seeing at least few of the villas by the end of this year.

Bahria Town has started another project on Ferozepur Road Lahore with a title of BAHRIA NASHEMUN. At the moment I do not have full detail of this residential project but it is quite possible that Awami Villas will be fixed over there.

Hussain Kaisrani Bhai, Thank you for your input. So far officially, Bahria reps are confirming the Orchard's location for Awami Villas. Do you have any idea of the Bahria Neshemun location roughly, like is it after Central Park or before it? Thank you.
