We request CMY to pay visit to Central park and share his expert views alongwith pics.As we trust his assesment.
On another note my personal views are as follows:
i) Please please please do not be fooled by the dealers who want to take your plot for peanuts.Do not sell your plot at this moment.The news of merger is confimred.
ii) They removed the news, as it had DHA impirnted whereas people objected on the signature of Central park managers signature.
However, they posted a new nitification on the main office door of central park confirming that the mergr is with DHA EME and not DHA dha..Also, this notifications confirms that MOU has been signed and this is confirmed by the owner of the society.Riaz ahmed chohan.
Market rumours are that boards and banners of DHA EME would be displayed in the next few days.
iii) Regarding merger fees;.. why would u want to deposit merger fee when it is not confirmed and diaplyed as yet.At maximum one can deposit the pending instalaments if any.When merger fee;s information would be displayed , it would also have a deadline to deposit them.I guess there is a cusshion of 1-2 months in that.So for now just hold your plot and enjoy the upward rise.
iv) Also, remember, this merger took everyone by surpise.Hence, its not sinking in and few circles are creating doubts in holders minds.So to grab plots from them as they missed the earlier rally.
I reckon those who held the plot for the last 1-4 years..its there time to reap fruit.Dont be fooled by any rumour as merger news is an open secret now and when u have held onto ur investment for so long then why not hold it for another few days/weeks,
