I own a 10 marla plot file in Janiper block Sector C Bahria Town, all installments paid except development and pocession charges.
Can someone please tell me its current selling price ?

TM! You are in Lahore so can call any real estate agent who is dealing in Bahria Town to get the estimated selling price.
As you have not mentioned the plot number so it is very difficult to give you proper information. Its just to give you an idea that its selling price will be arround Rs.8 Lac if its an on ground plot and free from any fine etc.
