the Price depeds upon Location and how many houses there, plus level of Plot as most of that is 8 feet deep and you need 11 feet filling before you reach proper level, But average plot price is about 13 to 13.5 lac. i called a dealer in that area two weeks back he gave me idea of price 2 to 2.5 lac per Merla.
