Dose anyone remember this exact same time 3 years ago in Augest 2006 the rate of DHA Phase 5 Ext came to 23.25 lacs and people jumped to buy it and then the people who mised the chance regretted it so so much and others said that 5 Ext will be worth 1 caror in the shape of a plot in 2 years.

Oopar walay ki marzi bhaio. Today its at 22.25 lacs and no one is buying. This goes to show you that nothing is in our hand but in the hands of the Al-Mighty ALLAH.

If you look at the location of DHA-5 Ext, it is right next to DHA 9/10 and status of DHA-5 Ext is no better than DHA 9/10 as far as development is concerned.
In future when Development of DHA-5 Ext and DHA 9/10 would has been completed, DHA-5 Ext would be just a better block of DHA 9/10.

Considering DHA 5 Ext is just a better block of DHA 9/10, 22.50 Lakh is still a higher price. Price of DHA-5 Ext should be 2-3 Lakh higher than DHA 9/10 or 16-17 Lakh.

DHA 5 ext is no way a part of phase 9/10, nor it's closer to it. 5-ext is much more closer to existing phase-5 and has ring road interchange to it. 5-ext lies mostly on baidian road and very adjacent to existing phase-5. if you go there you can see all green farm land just adjacent to phase-5 constructed houses.

It's highly important to understand that 5-ext once balloted, and developed (1.5-2 years time frame) will be at par in prices with phase-5, and 9-10 is no way near and better to 5-ext.

believe me, and God fearing rest all is spread rumours, false news from vested interests, and misleading info. All what i've written above is as per personal observation, site visit, meetings with DHA officials, and people on the site.
