i have a file of 1k in janiper block BT lahore and ten marla overseas lahore cat B. IS it possible to exchanje these two with a 1k in dha phase 6. All installments paid except development charges. IF you can kindly tell me financially how much i have to pay or get. I need a plot of k residential ready for construction of house for myself.
also will it be a good choice please guide.

Aslam shaib both plots market worth is around 27 lacs in dha Phase 6 Min 39 to 60 lacs depend on location. |

DHA 6 normal plots cost above Rs 45 lacs but your both Bahria town plots dont reach that goal. You will need to arrange about 10 to 13 lacs more. |
