Anyone new updates about the Development of e16/e17 Cabinet Division. Also any ideas when balloting for the remaining files is going to be held ?

working on main enterance road. according to them ballot is soon after Eid but not confirm. They say they need to black carpet the road before ballot. call them for info

The most powerful person in CDECHS is Mr. Randhawa, his mob.no. is .Ask him about new balloting date and also ask why the development work is very slow when plot holders have already paid 4 to 5 installements of development charges. Mr. Nabeel you please also ask other people to pressurized management of CDECHS to speed up the development work.

according to my info, there are going to be 1000 plots included in the ballot. however 400 out of 1000 have cleared the development charges and society thinks that with the advertisment, remaining 600 will pay!!! we are putting pressure on them to cancel those file with less than 2 installments and i think there will be notice soon.

Nabeel, Thanks for ur efforts, and for ur information cdechs has also purchased the plot of blocks making factory which was in front of main entrance. This factory was a big hurdle for CDECHS main entrance. Please pressurize them time to time and i think this is the only way to force them to speed up the dev. work.

yes that block factory has been removed and road work has been started and road has been marked

Nabeel, you seem very knowledgeble in E16 sector. Can you please shed the light on RP Housing development work? I paid quite a premium on this society over CDECHS...I want to know if it was worth it...thanks.

Thank you Dears for the replies. I have a plot 500 yard plot in E17 and a 35x70 file all dues paid in E16. Hoping to sell the file after the ballot and hopefully start a house on the 500 yard plot some time next year Inshallah.

Appreciated info on CDECHS by Mr. Nabeel. I am interested in purchasing a plot of 2 kanal facing Green Belt in htis society. If anyone have such a plot and want to sell it please write the plot no. and demand.

Dear All,

Although the society have the CDA NOC and related approval but they way they operate they will never finish the development work till next year. The progress last three year was very very slow, they just managed to do some basic stuff which is still far away from even contruction to start the house. The society have big money in their account and all the employees are surrving from their interest money, how they will motivate the speedy development in this area.

Any body interested to purchase, better be careful.
