Just for my ifo and interest how you will make this transection. And how will you show you made this payment for house. Normally you make a payorder in Pak currency and keep it with you and give only a copy to seller. Who can varify in bank. It is like Cash. On the days of tranfer you hand over original Pay order to seller.
How safe you feel to make transection many days before transfer in other country. And if you discover any hitch at the time of Tranfer of house how you will rectify it.
I am thinking of making a payment fot property in Dollar in pakistan. But still Could not Formulate. Pay order does not work for Dollar. Demand draft is payable in 2,3 weeks. And cash dollars there is fear of being fake and security problems.

Mr. Aziz,
Mr. Habib has put some very valid points. I do totally agree with him. Please make sure that you are safe when you make any deal. Just for your info., in 75 lacs, you can only buy a 25 x 60 house in I-10 Islamabad. The houses in other sectors are quite expensive.
