It is very good to see a good and bold feedback about Awami Villas Lahore, I would like to see more like this.
Firstly for premier villas the amount was 5 lacs plus and importantly it was paid in full more than a year back. Now, in my opinion the amount paid is not only thing that should be considered but also the time when the payment were started and when did it complete, basically I am talking about time value of money.
Also, one must not forget, what were the commitments done by the developer at booking of the project in terms of location at least.
Bro. Saqib what do you think is the current average value of a standard and premier villa at this location closer to Sundar Industrial Estate. Thank you for your feedback! |
