I am having a plot in Bahria Ph-8, Block H. I have received bahria town letter of cancellation of my plot in phase-8 today. I paid all the istallments and further paid few istallments of development charges. Since last year due to financial situation i stopped paying the remaining development charges. Now today i have received this cancellation letter.
Will you kindlt advise me on the mattter. The remaining development charges comes to around 2 lacs.
Further if i sell the plot what amount am i likely to get. Till today i have spent around 7-1/2 lacs on it.

I think all dues cleared plot is worth 8 to 8.5 lacs. I think the reason they are writing cancellation letters is to discourage speculators who buy a lot of plot but do not make payments, and also to get money to complete development of the different phases.
You need to decide whether you want to keep the plot or not. If you don't want to keep it then you have to decide where else you can get a plot at this range. Phase 8 is the future of Bahria in Rawalpindi, in a few years it would be an exciting place to be, in my opinion. |

Azad bhai u gave the same advice about bahria town phase 8 before, do u have your own investments there?
Secondly, is'nt dha phase 2 ext. is a better option for investment?after all its dha, more secured. |
