I was reading the post by this seller last week,
Apparently this seller is saying that if you get 25% profit from national savings for this much money then why cannot he get 100% profit out of this property (after-all he has put his hard-work and money in it :)
My point is that property market has crashed all over the world but some delluded businessmen in Pakistan are still living in fools paradise. Can they rip-off overseas Pakistanis? Dont think so coz the prices they are asking are even more than what someone pay in europe/dubai where you get peace of mind atleast!
No 9/11 is going to happen again, sattay baazi is not going to work in coming future

MY Dear Brothers,
What do u want from me, i think so u simply want that i would not put my property here for sale as some of my brother cant afford it and they simply start negative on slaught on every post. they are doing it only for their own vested interests.
My brothers all of u are objecting on the demand of this house that is too high , i havent said even once that its my final demand, i am asking for rs 280 lacs but u r free to give me ur genuine offers but u should see the house before. without seeing the house how could u offer?
Some of my brothers are of view that i am deceiving my overseas brothers by asking more.I have not have any such intention and i am damp sure that our overseas fellows are but any dump that i would be able to convence them by simply putting this add on this site.if anybody gonna send that much of money obviously first he would try to get satisfied on every aspect before entering into any contact.
What do u think so that the dealers (not all) that are sitting in the market are angles , sorry to say but they are the real decicers not only for overseas people but also for us here in pakistan as when u would ask them that ur buyer see the rates and then try to become sellers u would find the visible difference.
My brothers tell me that people on this forum said that this house is not worth more than 150 lacs:::::::::on which basis they are saying this tell me whther ther are deceiving people or i am ? and nobody objecting on this thing why coz they are doing it intentionally for there own vested interests.

i am saying this again that the above quoted price is demand and it is negoitable .In pakistan u should have to ask u some thing more as bagain trend is very common here. Interested brothers who are willing to see this property or want to know the final demand for this house should contact me through email.but i should recommed that u first visit thr house then question of demnd or offer arises ? |
