As long as Malik Riaz of Bahria Town is a partner in DHA Valley scheme, it will remain controversial and unpopular because of his bad reputation in his own Bahria Town Schemes. He is giving food to poor but not giving Haqooq to the poor members of his own Bahria Town as per his own commitment. He should pay Haqooq ul Ibad if he wants to remain Mr Clean,
otherwise ppl will remain reluctant and apprehensive in investing in DHA Valley. |

Don't get discouraged hold on to it. If you can afford to pay the installment don't sell it now as no one will give you its correct price. |

Atiq Raja Sahib brother if DHA Valley delivered Bahria/DHA in time fram 3.5 year than what will be the future scope of this housing scheme, please give your remarks.

What would be market price of Plot 1, street 1, Sector Blue Bell, Defense Valley, DHA Islamabad.
This is a corner plot on the main boulevard, all installments paid. |
